Dry, just in front of this shop in Bane Tayicsua.
They also sell petrol to people like me.
Park your "Motobike" for 5000 Kip,
and pay 2000 Kip more per "Fersoin".
Walk over bridge number 1.
Take bridge number 2.
Bridge number 3.
Then, better give up at bridge 4.
Fill the reservoir for >100%.
Oops, expect some rain.
